Along with your main structure, we of course can also accommodate everything else like your Garage, Workshop, Boathouse, Bunk, or Guest House in the design phase. And once you're satisfied with the plans SWC handles every last detail, including things like entrance approvals, driveways, building permits, hydro, propane, potable water supply, sewer, and septic systems.
With our history of building in Muskoka and the challenges that often come with it, we've built our company and staff to be able to handle just about any request.
