Adding a Basement
Typically a basement can be added to an existing home or cottage, the entire structure can be raised off of and slightly above it's foundation in one heavy lift, using a series of hydraulic jacks linked via a central controller, the structure will be raised and temporary steel beams placed under its length so that the old foundation can be removed and a basement dug and installed underneath.
After the basement or crawl space is enclosed, SWC will handle the new sewer, heating & air conditioning, electrical and insulation installations that are all often needed.
